Description:

Article, Series EGB-350/600 and GB-350/600, is a hydraulic elevating bunker used for transportation of dry and wet loose materials (metallic chipping, bearing blank parts, gravel, pebble, etc.). Exclusive convenience consists in quick and non-labor-intensive process of removing chippings from metal-working machinery in areas which are hard to get at for pulley blocks and hoists. Collection and separation of lubricating and cooling fluids (LCF) from chipping, with the possibility of their return to the machine system, which has an economic effect of up to 5-15 $/day.

Under a special order, the load-carrying capacity can be increased up to 600 kg, and a volume – up to 0.5 m³.

Principle of operation:

Hydraulically-operated pedal gear (35 repetitions until full lifting to a platform height of 1300 mm) and hand-operated lowering valve on the lever. Tipping is done in the manual mode by means of a bar-type lever located to the right. In an electrical version, tipping is controlled by means of a remote pushbutton panel, with the power supplied from a built-in storage battery. In the actuator-aided version, the bunker vertical lifting/lowering process is automated and controlled from the operator's panel.

All the equipment surfaces are protected against corrosion by primer-based corrosion-resistant coating, a product of HAMMERITE English manufacturer, whereas the inner surfaces of the bunker are protected against wear and tear by high-resistant polymer coating, a product of the BASF Company.

The bunker is fabricated from 3-mm steel and has a perforated double bottom for LCF collection. LCF removal is effected through the primary filtering system and ball valve.

All the models are provided an emergency chain system in the event of a failure of winches, and a shock absorption system in platform lowering.

The delivery set of electrically-operated model EGB-350 comprises a charger for the storage battery and an original scraper for removal of chippings.

The articles have excellently proved themselves in both Russian and foreign markets.
